He never came off as pushy or aggressive or just trying to get the sale. From the moment I spoke with Michael I felt very comfortable. Perhaps they forgot to clean it in the process of re-coating it, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

I have purchased all of my jeweled rings at the Diamond Cellar, so I went there to determine how much it would cost to recover my white gold rings - I was not expecting free!! Thank you! The only reason I am not giving my visit five full stars is because my engagement ring was not well cleaned. I was also impressed to learn that the Diamond Cellar does rhodium plating for free. User ( 02:13) Katie, the lady who helped me was great! She was super personable. Went to a few other stores but none of them had the combination of selection and great customer service that Diamond Cellar has. Went over all aspects of the diamond to give me a full understanding.
